Debbie Miller Nelson is a Certified Specialist of Wine (C.S.W.) who created her own wine tasting business in 2003. Instead of selling wine, Debbie has created a unique approach by educating and empowering consumers with the knowledge they crave about wine in an entertaining way. Debbie frequently consults for corporations, non-profit organizations, wine-tasting groups, restaurants, wine shops and private parties.

Debbie is a C.S.W. through the Society of Wine Educators. has an Advanced Certificate from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, holds the Expert diploma from the Bordeaux School of Wine and has studied with the International School of Culinary Education. Currently, Debbie works full time for a high-profile wine shop in New York City.  Debbie has studied with sommeliers, wine writers, restaurant owners and editors of prestigious magazines. She has traveled to many vineyards in the U.S. and Europe and attended countless wine dinners and tastings.

Debbie is a skilled public speaker and educator and has written for The Courier News, Wine Adventure Magazine and currently writes Wine Goddess for NJ.com. (see link below). In 2006, Debbie was interviewed by 710 AM WOR's Joan Hamburg and on"Dining Today with Pat Tanner" on Moneytalk 1350 AM.  In 2007 Debbie was interviewed by the Baltimore Sun.  Debbie currently serves as the Director of Membership for the NJ chapter of Women for Winesense and is a member of the Society of Wine Educators and the American Wine Society.
